An Arcomis (Arts Commissioning) Launch Event - the LCMG celebrates the 100th birthday of Elliott Carter.

The programme is yet to be confirmed but will consist of a number of pieces by Elliott Carter: solos, duos and trios.
Canon for 3, Esprit Rude/Esprit Doux, Gra, Rhapsodic Musings and Scrivo in Vento.

There will also be performances of some of the 'Homages' to Carter which take the form of pieces inspired by Bach's A Musical Offering.

The highlight of the concert will be the newly commissioned Garland for Carter which includes:
